Interesting. Do you think the Family Member who gave him the Gun was unaware of his mental state? No warning signs were evident? Perhaps Universal Background Checks might have prevented this tragedy. I mean it is a curiosity isn't it? That all these insane people seem to have no problem getting a gun seems to be a recurring theme.
