The White House intends to begin construction in September on a new ballroom estimated to cost $200 million, following through on President Donald Trump’s plans for a larger space to host formal events.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced the plans on Thursday, saying that the ballroom would be located in the East Wing of the building. The plan outlines the construction of a 90,000-square-foot space with a seating capacity of 650 people.

No $$$ for school lunches or health care but the Elite (Trump & crew) need new ballrooms for their fancy parties.

Maybe Trump will add a bunch of fake gold everywhere too in their new Elite ballroom.

Trump has repeatedly said he wants a larger ballroom at the official presidential residence for formal entertaining.
