I think the brother is right on the money, but I wonder if Liberals and Progressives would agree.

I agree with him as I have argued this view in various threads over my time in the Forum. That Liberals and Progressives tend to look at us as being "less than" them, albeit they assert it's not "our" fault. Rather that those of us who don't agree with/or support their ideas about us are just brainwashed, or misguided, or just confused, anything but that we could have our own actual ideas and ideals and goals that might not align with their world-views.

But woe unto any of us who wander off the Democrat Plantation, as they will turn on us and have their various anointed leaders in the Black Community try to tear us down.

Yeah, victims might see it that way. My "beliefs" are based on what I see happening everyday coming out of the WH. Firing the people who produce data that reflects badly, removing judges and lawyers that dont obey, changing history in our museums, failing in public relations over and over, etc.

I think that's a pretty accurate way to explain it. The liberals think they know best, think they should call the shots for everyone because everyone else is stupid in their eyes. This includes the political opposition. So when black Americans don't agree with their liberal overseers, the liberals go nuts and shift to savior mode whether you want it or not. Conservatives just want you to help your selfs, pull your own weight and be one of the many doing the same thing. Conservatives appreciate hard work and ethics and morality. The liberals don't and show it by making excuses for their followers no matter what they do. I think the tide is slowing turning away from the liberals because of their extreme views and because of how they look down on everyone who doesn't agree with them.
