...while texting, Facebooking, Message Boarding, Social Mediaing about slackers who take handouts from the CentGov?
And if you do, why were you not prepared for emergencies like this (3 months to a year)?

Actually they are giving me back most of the money that i have already paid them so i am not taking a hand out.
i am taking my money back.
did you return the tax cut money you received? if not why are you being hypocritical?

it will be fun watching the fiscal slackers justify this government $$$$ support (so their families and businesses can survive) when they're preached their entire lives about personal responsibility.
here's what they'll look like as this administration explodes out debt even more...
It is our congress critters of both parties who have refused to make any effort to pay "stimulus money" to only those who were forced to stop working instead of also to those who were allowed to keep working. Shifting that "blame" to (only some of?) the people, which is what you seem to be doing, is ridiculous.
The ones who should absolutely not be able to get any "stimulus money" are federal government employees - because none of them were declared 'non-essential' and thus had their pay stopped or reduced in any way.
Yeah, like the fiscal conservative really has a choice(Rolling eyes)
do you plan on taking CentGov $$$ ?
what in the hell??
a central part of fiscal conservatism is personal responsibility and taking care of one's self financially. can you not do so?
I have no idea whether those of us getting Social Security and having no federally taxable income are going to be sent any federal "stimulus" funds. If I do get additional "stimulus" funds deposited to my bank account then yes, I will "take" it - as I am 100% sure that every federal employee will do. This has nothing to do with whether I approve of such moronic congressional spending (vote buying efforts?) or not.

a really good friend of mine was ORDERED to shut down his business
a business that has been going for 12 years.....has 110 employees, and has won award after award from the local community
now what pray tell was he supposed to have been getting ready for?
his sales exceed 6 million annually, but him and his wife take maybe 300k out of the business
how is he supposed to pay his employees....keep them going? pay his mortgages? his insurance?
maybe, just maybe think about what some of these business people are dealing with
or maybe those 110 employees really dont need a job, do they? is that your take?
They'll all take the money.
They'll all take the money.
I am!
But then the Fed Gov will send me a $check$ whether I need it or not?
Actually they are giving me back most of the money that i have already paid them so i am not taking a hand out.

BINGO!
We have a winner!!!

it's definitely the winner regarding how "fiscal conservatives" will justify sucking off the CentGov teat.
bravo for that.
