Proof and evidence are two different things. Evidence is merely facts that make a claim more probable. Proof is evidence of a claim beyond a reasonable doubt. There isn't proof as yet, there is evidence.

There is evidence from two whistle blower tax investigators who swore under oath and perjury that Hunters case was handled differently than other similar cases. Sworn testimony is evidence. The fact Joe lied about any knowledge or involvement in his son's business. Not sure if he lied but he was mistaken when he claimed no one in his family received money from China.
