What's Wrong With this Picture?

No. I really don't think they care who he is.

Well it's just my opinion from looking at the different photos and observation from watching a video and my experience with how unions hire rent a protesters.

But it's the face, where I have seen it before ?

That was during Obama's inauguration ceremony. Not only were the Marines carrying inoperable rifles, the police, and any other personnel present who would otherwise be armed, were not allowed to carry operable firearms unless they were part of the security detail. When Obama (or any other member of the executive branch) flew in to South Korea, all arms rooms on post had to be locked down. We couldn't have weapons, but it was alright for ROK forces to have theirs (with zero disrespect towards the ROK Army, those guys are awesome allies to have). It was a huge slap in the face, and a good number of us had some pretty nasty things to say while saluting the motorcades as they drove by.

What a perfect opportunity for NK to attack, and the US military unable to defend their CIC.

It's a poorly thought out measure by the Secret Service. What presents more opposition to a threat to the President? Some suits with 40 cal pistols and maybe an MP5 here and there, or a large quantity of Soldiers who are armed to the teeth and proficiently trained in combat? They should have more faith in the Military.
