Depends on the crime. If it's found out that he torrented movies then his isp might cut him off and he'd have to pay some hefty copyright infringement penalties.

Nothing while he is in office. He would have to be impeached and convicted first I believe.
If that were to happen he would be treated like an ordinary citizen just like the jackass is being fairly treated since he is just an ordinary citizen now.

You can’t simply charge a sitting President.

He would need to be impeached and removed from office. Then tried via the Judicial system.

Probably should have studied US govt and standing policies more before starting the thread.
 
Joe Biden will never be convicted of a crime because he will never be tried for a crime. Joe Biden has never done anything even remotely similar to a crime and is a model democrat politician who is selfless and completely dedicated to serving the people. Joe Biden was Mother Theresa's mentor. Joe Biden hasn't even lied once in his life. Joe Biden is the left's exalted God. You get the picture, right?
 
If he were to be charged it would mean a whole lot of people invested in protecting him had failed. With any luck he will take them down with him.
Kamala is his insurance policy; no matter how corrupt, no one in good conscience would find heels up an acceptable alternative.
 
We all know the saying, when the shit hits the fan..... There is not one clean, honest politician in all of DC, and probably at the state and local levels as well. The worst criminals have to hone their skills in the streets, the best criminals hone their skills in the DC swamp.
 
If in the very unlikely case he were found guilty of some crime, he would simply return to Delaware to start his retirement after half a century of being a public servant who was devoted to the welfare of the American people.

The Democratic Party would give him a huge send-off, with many notables (such as the Honorable Nancy Pelosi) weeping as they wave goodbye to his departing Amtrak train.

Depends on the crime. He hasn't been investigated, charged or convicted yet. In fact, despite repetitive internet rumors, there hasn't been reasonable cause for suspicion.
 
I suspect that if there were credible evidence of him taking bribes, he would step down.

Then it would be up to law enforcement to decide, but I would hope that he doesn't get any special treatment.

There will never be credible evidence as long as Joe Biden is a Useful Idiot. Joe could broadcast to the entire world admitting every last illegal thing he has ever done and describing in great depth just how he has done it and provide all the paperwork online to corroborate his admission and still the establishment will deny everything and convince every last leftist to just ignore him. And they will, and the next day this forum will be full of leftists in full force with the same old strategies of Deny, Deflect, Deceive, Delay, Diffuse and Denigrate. But, when the establishment finds a better Useful Idiot to represent them then poor old Joe will have to be thrown under the bus and the establishment will provide all the necessary proof and then the left will flip once again to crucify him.

Depends on where the trail is held....if in either New York or DC he would be found innocent. But the House could impeach him and the Senate could convict if a couple democrats concur.

Joe Biden will not be found guilty of any crimes. If there was video of him receiving bribes from foreign dignitaries and smoking crack there would be an "investigation" for 30 years and nothing would happen.
 
I think it's sad that you don't believe that many politicians enter the trade to help people. I don't disagree that some are selfish assholes, but I think many of those I heartily disagree with are trying to make life better for some Americans, just not all Americans.
