What we paid for Trump's parade?

We spent between $450.00 and $900.00 per spectator depending on whether there was 50,000 or 100,000 people at the parade depending on who was making the estimate.
And still Trump needed the Crypto Bros and the Tech Bros to sponsor the parade.

I have to wonder if Trump absolutely scream at hegseth over this parade. You could tell those soldiers did not want to be there by their body language.

The US doesn't have a military parade tradition. They don't train parades as they do in dictatorships or in old monarchies like the UK where it's tradition. Probably because they have better things to do. Also whoever planned this parade had no idea what they were doing, they couldn't have made it more boring if they tried.

I think a lot of it has to do with the army wanting to celebrate their birthday instead of Trump’s.

Why does anyone need Meducaid when they can just stick some UV light up their behind?
All I needed to know about medicine I learned from black light posters in 90s dorm rooms.

NPR is claiming 200,000.
What might be happening is that there were alot more people visiting the Festival at the National Mall than people watching the parade, and the numbers we are getting is total visitor numbers.

The event had 22 sponsors so I don’t know who you’re referring to when you say “we.”

How can any American complain about a military parade on the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army and on Flag DAy to boot. The left needs to find a real agenda besides left wing hatred of America. The very people that fight to protect us, that fought to defend us and you leftist hate them. Scum.

Well as a former GOP, now Independent I can complain about the parade cost. This Administration has made a point to reduce spending because the feds spend more than it brings in.
I have also complained about President Trump going to the the Super Bowl and Daytona 500 on the taxpayers dime.

My question to you is if the Administration is serious about reducing the debt and getting to a balanced budget is the parade the best use of limited taxpayers dollars?

Because he also says we can't afford Medicaid, but we can afford a parade. It has nothing to disrespecting the military or hating America.
