Mine was "Secret Agent Man" by Johnny Rivers in 1966

My first single was "Where did our love go" by the Supremes, which my older sister gave me in 1964 when she bought the lp. I spent those years pouring ever her singles collection.

Got my mom to buy me a copy of "Like a Rolling Stone" in '65.

I bought Bob Dylan’s “Greatest Hits” album, 8-Track, out of the back of a pick-up in a gas station, three years before I had a tape player. I can’t remember which was my first 45rpm label was. I still have 50-100 45s that I don’t know what to do with.

I think it was “Seasons in the Sun” by Terry Jacks.

My brother and I discovered my parent's 45s when we were in early elementary school. We listened to Yakety Yak, Johnny B Good, Purple People Eater and the like.
Probably the first song I remember hearing on the radio was Joy to the World (1971).

My first LP was Elton John's Greatest Hits followed by Golden Earring's Moontan.

One poster embarrassingly saud "I'm a Believer" by the Mokees (written by Neil Diamong btw) and then deleted it.

With "Seasons of the Sun" mentioned twice, I was going to say he's on pretty safe ground.

Yes! Tell them how bad that was!
