What do you think you would do if the Nazi Holocaust were going on now?

If you claim you cannot be deported to your home country because you are in danger then they would have to deport you to a different country. Is that not correct?
Possibly, so long as one’s life or freedom would not be in danger in that different country, per the language in the treaty that covers obligations to refugees.

There isn't much I could do other than vote for change. I've been pretty against Netanyahu for years now as an authoritarian right winger. And of course this isn't a level handed war like the media is making it out to be. Israel is committing atrocities.

Yes if you are illegal in Canada and you claim the US is dangerous for you, you are out of options. You get what you get.
Sorry, not constitutional. Also, no due process - that's pretty unconstitutional too.

One thing the question can help people understand, is that if the Nazi holocaust was going on now, they probably wouldn't really do about anything. It helps make clear the problem with ending them.

I thought you were talking about Canada? In the US Constitution there is nothing about how you deport people. So you are wrong.

The US Constitution contains no words on due process? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Yes due process. The due process for US citizens and crimes is different than the due process for illegal immigrants. When you are ordered to be deported, the due process has been met already.

Due process is how we adjudicate if the person is here legally. As we have seen in several instances and caught by several judges, the Trump regime has violated due process and just went straight to deporting.

You do not know what you are talking about. Courts order the deportation. That is due process.

Republicans have no clue that it's a bad thing for trump to be able to deport anyone without due process, including them. It's not like trump would abuse that, as he threatens to deport political enemies, as he lies blatantly about the photoshopped picture of MS-13 on a hand, as they said any tatoos, however innocent, were proof of Venezauelan gang membership.

Wait till they find out whatever they like is happening at the border is temporary because there zero legislation around it.

All the people being deported had due process. When the court orders you deported, that signifies the due process was done. Time to go.
