What do you think about this situation?

You came on here looking for people to agree with you that your situation is unfair. What is the purpose of that?

Possibly someone who has been in a similar situation can find positive and negative aspects of my situation. Many people with Eastern European or Asian background will understand. My situation is not better or worse -- it is different.

Most people like to talk about their lives and I am not an exception.

Today I saw a garbage collector man, a month ago I saw a homeless person, I saw construction workers. And the issue is -- do I need to be helped to become one of them.

You have to remember that this is your illness talking (been there, done that). You don't have to be homeless or a garbage man. You can be many things. Find out what you want to be, then go for it. You set your own limits. I can relate to your depressive thinking, and my advice would be to get treated for it.

I don't mind giving advice, but ultimately I think you're going to need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist.

Sometimes Autism can be beneficial. But not depression.

Depression is not beneficial, which is why you should get treated for it. Depression distorts your thinking, so you have to acknowledge that you're not thinking clearly in order to begin your recovery.

If I have permission I will increase my Effexor intake greatly.
