We haven't lived near the vicinity of a Thai restaurant in so many years, I wouldn't know what's on the menu.Probably but I probably wouldnt notice. I've had red and panang in so many different places, couldnt tell ya. They often do have a big warning for the whole menu.

That sounds delicious!I made a sear roasted(seared on the stove top and finished in the oven) cod filet that I breaded w/ panko. The side was wild rice and ancient grain pilaf. Ice tea w/ lemon was the beverage.
