OK, I tried your method for pork ribs and they came out perfect: moist, tender, delicious. Thanks, that's going to be my "go to" method from now on.The grilling is literally 10 minutes tops......in the winter I've just stuck them under the broiler. Either way just a few minutes each side just sp the sauce is caramelized.
I hate to be the first one to tell you this Bodi, but, I don't think New Zealanders are allowed to eat NY pizza.Having Sal's traditional New York Slice (pizza). I live in the boonies and they are in Auckland and Wellington so I buy four or five and freeze them. Today I thawed out three slices! Meatball, Sausage and peperoni.
Got off to a bad start today. I didn’t feel well and we had a wake to attend in New Jersey late afternoon. We stopped at a Perkins pancake on the way home so we both ate breakfast for dinner. Wife had a Belgian waffle w/syrupal, and I had an everything omelette w/hashbrowns, rye toast and chocolate milk.

Sandwich on French bread with roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil/vinegar, basil/oregano. Delivery from Jimmy John's.
Cleaned out the fridge. Ritz, Club and Finn Crisp crackers, cheeses, chicken salad, egg salad, vegetable cream cheese, black and kalamata olives, chicken and ham slices. Banana pudding.
Hilarious! I wish someone in Oregon had met Sal and learned how to make NY pizza.It was started by Salvatore Leo born in Italy who immigrated to Queens in the 50's, or something... he met a Kiwi, they became mates and then he decided to open up Sal's in New Zealand. This is authentic New York Slice! We don't tell anybody but there is nothing they can do. We are isolated as heck!

We’re going to Oregon in September to visit with my oldest son and his wife. They’re moving to Bend which during our last trip out that way we missed as well as Crater Lake. We loved the coastline and spent about a week cruising it about 15 years ago.Hilarious! I wish someone in Oregon had met Sal and learned how to make NY pizza.

@weaver2
We lived in Corvallis and had a beach cabin in Lincoln Beach overlooking the beach. Loved going there. Crate Lake is freaking Epic.
Thanx. We’re looking forward to going.

OK I gotta have the recipe for Mormon Funeral Potatoes.I made Mormon funeral potatoes and smoked sausage. They needed more cheese and a smaller dice on the onion, but they were much better than my first attempt to make them. Iced tea was the beverage.

Last day of school for my grandson. We picked him up from school and our granddaughter from daycare and took them to the farm to feed the animals and ride the ponies. We had Kosher dogs, fries and ice cream.
Funeral Potatoes
Don't let the melancholy name fool you! Funeral potatoes are really just a cheesy potato casserole with cornflakes. The creamy texture, melty cheese and crunchy topping make this recipe the ultimate comfort food for any occasion.www.tasteofhome.com
I used buttered panko bread crumbs instead of crushed corn flakes, but the result is the same. Its a cheese and dairy calorie bomb but they are so good.
