First I boycott Target for its vile woke policies, and now I might have to boycott Walmart:

Walmart could become the target of a MAGA-led boycott after an heiress to the retail fortune funded a full-page ad in the New York Times promoting a nationwide protest movement against President Trump.

The ad, run by the “No Kings” movement, calls on Americans to “mobilize” on Saturday — Flag Day and Trump’s birthday — in order to “reject authoritarianism.”

Support for a boycott seems to be trending on Truth Social, so the prospect looks good.

MAGA.

Moron MAGAs used to abhor boycotts.
They continue to show their epic hypocrisy.

Is there anything left in the U.S. that hasn't become politicized?
Am I the only one who still shops based simply upon needs/wants, acceptable quality, and price?

With all due respect, I don't know what you are talking about.

MAGA was birthed in 2015 when Trump came down an escalator to call Mexicans criminals, drug dealers and rapists, so one can faithfully argue the first boycott came on the day of inception... or maybe it was conception.

Either way, the Mexican boycott was our first, and we've been furiously boycotting everything from Barbies to Bud Lights ever since.

MAGA.

     Go ahead and boycott Walmart, can't wait to see how well that DOESN'T work for you very poor deep red magat states!

Keep it up trumpdumpers! You're giving everyone in this country who hates that gross orange douche bag a big fat one up! (and that's WAY more than 1/2 the country by the way....) Don't even ask me for sites, there are too many of them- do your own homework if you don't believe me.

"Walmart could become the target of a MAGA-led boycott"

She could probably care less.

SOOOO not worried about Walmart..the orange baby still hasn't, and never will learn how to pick his silly battles, may he burn in hell...

Walmart:
  • Market Capitalization: Walmart's market cap, representing its total market value, is approximately $776.65 Billion USD as of June 11, 2025.
  • Ranking: Walmart is the 12th most valuable company globally by market cap, according to data from Companies Market Cap.
  • Revenue: Walmart brings in over $600 Billion in annual revenue.
  • Net Income: As of January 31, 2025, Walmart's consolidated net income was $19.44 Billion.
Donald Trump:
  • Net Worth:Estimates of Donald Trump's net worth vary:
    • Forbes estimated his net worth at $5.1 billion as of early June 2025.
    • Bloomberg estimated his wealth at $7.08 billion in January 2025.
    • Trump himself has claimed a much higher net worth.
  • Primary Source of Wealth: Trump's fortune primarily comes from real estate, including residential and office buildings, hotels, and golf courses.
  • Notable Assets:His assets include:
    • Trump Media & Technology Group, valued at approximately $2.6 billion.
    • Real estate investments valued at around $1.1 billion, including Mar-a-Lago in Florida and Trump Tower in New York.
    • Golf clubs and resorts valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
    • Liquid assets valued at around $774 million.
In Summary:
Walmart's market capitalization of around $776.65 billion far exceeds Donald Trump's estimated net worth, which ranges from $5.1 billion to over $7 billion. Walmart's annual revenue and net income are also significantly larger than the total value of Trump's assets.
It's important to note that Trump's net worth is a personal estimate and may fluctuate, while Walmart's market cap is a calculated value based on Companies Market Cap

Unless the shop shoves its politics in my face and down my throat inside the business itself, I have no interest in what its CEOs or an heiress' political views happen to be, or what they advocate elsewhere on social media etc. .

I have a policy of picking local shops whenever possible, but there was one barbershop that posted anti Hillary and anti Biden stuff on the walls. The barber decided to talk anti Dem politics with someone else while I was sitting in the chair. I left without offering a tip.

this is exactly what I do and what people should do. Otherwise, where does it stop? you can analyze everything a business does and what people associated with the business do, blah blah blah.

IF I have choice, I try to avoid patronizing retail stores owned by people whose politics I find repulsive.

China appreciates your support.

OK folks, you all have seen the pics of the kinds of people that shop at walmart, right?

You know the ones I mean, I could post a few, but don't want to spoil anyone's breakfast.

Now, those kinds of people are NOT going to stop shopping at walmart no matter what Trump says.

People who want decent quality, and who want to honor local business, and don't mind spending an extra dime, wouldn't shop at walmart no matter what Trump says.

MAGA.

She is a nasty woman, I'll tell you. Just nasty. She's pretty ugly, too. I would never sleep with her, I'll tell you that. No, her dad would not be proud. Not proud.

China appreciates your support.
I'm sure they do, just upgraded my indoor about 10 year old LED lighting fixtures locally produced with new ones from China.
And I'll make someone else happy by giving the old ones away.

I think most of America does the same, it's only the maga assholes who want to make an issue out of nothing.

She has nothing to do with Walmart and Walmart has nothing to do with her political views. It will be interesting to see where those stupid enough to boycott them go to shop.

Sports stars should shut up and play. Boycott Walmart. Taylor Swift is going to lose money for endorsing Harris.

None of these people give up the right to free speech. You disagree, fine. You want to boycott, fine. But the only boycott I've seen work in the last few years is the Tesla fiasco. Bud Lite, too, I guess, though that was absolutely pointless.
