Closure of all but essential businesses. Banning of all social events. No pickup basketball, visiting parks, weddings, funerals or other social gatherings.
OK: Critical manufacturing, medical services, grocery stores, child care, banks, media outlets, etc. Those businesses must however, promote social distancing, i.e., people must remain 6ft apart.
Not a lock down order, we can still leave our home to exercise and garden, pick up food, etc.
Minimum of 2 weeks.
Enforceable by law.
He did a good job, IMO, in a positive manner, justified it with rationale. Talked about factories in WA and retooled to produce medical PPE.
Said several times, "together, we will get thought this".
