I hope the catch these criminals quickly.

Yikes! This is really messed up. I hope the people who were shot are going to survive.

I haven't heard of any fatalities yet, but given the nature of the attacks, it's hard to believe they would ambush someone like that an not kill them.

Who did they piss off? Hope they survive.

Pretty sure MAGA will be cheering this on. Just a sign of things to come.
Cheering? Likely done by a MAGA supporter (probably not acting alone). These things take planning. Maybe (probably) Trump will pardon them if they’re convicted (call them patriots).

Locals call it muderappolis for a reason.

Hope the evil person is caught.
That was a phrase from over 30 years ago when violent crime was much higher there. Moreover, this looks like it is politically motivated and has nothing to do with gang related crime. Minneapolis is actually one of the nicest cities in the country with one of the best quality of life rankings in the country. In fact, Minnesota as a whole typically is at the top or near the top of all quality of life measures - healthcare, education, public safety, lifespans, happiness, infrastructure, environment and so on. Minnesota has been one of the best governed states for decades now.

Given the targets, the motive is almost certainly political, but while it is more likely the perpetrator is a far right extremist, its possible that they are a far left extremists, we don't know and other than speculating that the motive is likely political, I agree, people should wait for the facts.

When it's state and local politicians it could be anything. It could be a Comment about a foreign war that pissed them off, or a zoning vote, or pretty much anything.
