1. White flight destroys property values. A Black person moves into the neighborhood and Whites start moving out dropping property values. This destroys the equity of the Blacks who first moved in. The property tax base is destroyed reducing funding for schools and services. This leads to a deterioration of the neighborhood.
2. Where is she going to find an $18M home in a mostly Black neighborhood? When did she pack up and move just because Black people moved in? You claim makes little sense.
As a Christian, you support Whites moving out of the neighborhood because they don't want to live next to Black families? Are you saying you don't understand how dropping property values could hurt a neighborhood?
My family moved into a mostly White neighborhood and not long after they almost all left. It definitely hurt the neighborhood and property values but in the long term they recovered and now whites are moving back in.

crime, cost, etc ... Detroit is the perfect example. you move 10-20 miles outside of Detroit and things get cheaper in cost of living and you are not paying huge Detroit taxes.
