Venezuela says US migrants were tortured in El Salvador​


This is the Venezuelan government saying this, so take it with a grain of salt, but this might well be true. El Salvador is not exactly a regime you can trust either. Another thing to keep ín mind is getting Venezuelan citizens wrongfully kept in Salvadorian jail is as important to the Venezuelan opposition as the regime (one of the only things they can agree on). However since some of the people who were sent to El Salvador might have been political refugees, there is a risk Caracas will simply change one cell for another.
