The kind of freedom of speech Vance was talking about is the kind of freedom of speech the Biden pukes, the Deep State and the Obama administration all tried to remove. That is, government supported restrictions on free speech.

That is precisely what Vance was warning Europe about. That is what Vance was telling the European government they are doing and that's what he was telling them to stop doing.

They don't publish propaganda, that's just a lie you tell yourself because you're likely projecting based on the media sources you like to use.

They were barred from the Oval Office and AF1 because they chose to not use "Gulf of America". AP is an international media outlet and "Gulf of America" is only officially recognized by the US government. No private entity is legally obligated to use the title. Therefore, Trump is banning them because of speech he disagrees with.

Germany has special restrictions against Nazi ideas, but I can't remember why... probably just leftist nonsense like the Holocaust or something?

The AP is taking a petty dig at Trump and now they are crying because they are not welcome to attend invitation only events. Boo hoo.

They still have access to the press briefing room. That is more than they deserve.

The AP owes Trump an apology for being disrespectful. He should not invite them to any of these events until they give him one in public.

Not really. If you punish someone for speech, then that is not freedom of speech. The punishment may not be harsh, but it is still punishment.
