I just find it hilarious that you can get this bothered by an observation about a european country when you make far more specious comments about America on a daily basis. The hypocrisy would be astounding if it weren't you or PeteEU I was talking about.

This documents show EU average, all the countries in the EU, plus Norway, Japan and the US unemployment rates. Newest numbers..

EU27(including east Europe, FYI) = 9.1%
Eurozone 16 = 9.6%
US 9.7%


And its worth mentioning that European rates have increased only moderately, while US rates dramatically.. Something I also predicted and you guys all refuted..

Its just too bad for MaxZ the US hasn't collapsed into oblivion like he has prophesied so many times. Watch him contort as he tries to redefine the definition of "collapse" or increase the vagueness of his ever increasing time frame of the US' economic implosion. Or, perhaps in MaxZ's world the US has collapsed but its just the biased media lying to everyone that it hasn't. Its a civil war over here you just don't know it!.:lol::roll:

And if the US economy takes a another big dip, you'll be eating residue off the bottom of your shoes.

Your country is 100 percent entirely dependent on the US. Hence, your bitterness.

By the way, you're welcome for that whole World War I and World War II thing. I'm sure we'll have to bail your weak ass out again, too.

Why do Europeans seem giddy about a collapse of the US or weak dollar or military failures and such? How will they benefit from our failures? They act as though they are evening up some score, like our failures balance out all the good things we did for Europe. Maybe it's just the haters on this forum.
 

The US needs to collapse to avoid the government being a totalitarian fascist like state that wages war around the world. The US need to return to the constitution and the state imagined in the constitution, apparantly the only way that can or will happen is revolution(unlikely without collapse), or collapse, followed by your country moving to the values of the constitution and a minimalist state.
 

Unless we realize that our wrong management and ideas about the economy lead to this collapse, and will lead to further decline and collapse, then things will never get better.

My country is 100% dependent on its oil industry. Its one of the richest countries in the world, and depends far more on Europe and China than the US.

The economic collapse on this side of the atlantic is not that bad by the way, unempployment is marginally up, economic activity marginally down, but with the socialism over here most people do not feel the crisis at all. In the US they do, with exploding unemployment and rapid economic decline from all sides, and no safety net.

We all need to rely on a different economic model in the future, capitalism as have been seen the last 50 years is dead, and leading to disaster.
