Why are you talking about the civil case when I was responding to your rant about felonies?

Yes at an American embassy or a legal US port of entry. And again, enough with the intellectual dishonesty. "Asylum" is just what the cartels instruct them to say if caught, knowing that the court system is overwhelmed and would give them a court date far into the future and then the Biden administration would release them into society, never to show up for the asylum court date.

The popular vote is simply a number. We elect presidents by way of the electoral college. He won the 2016 election.

In my view, Trump was extraordinarily lucky. He beat Hillary, who ran a dumb campaign and had been excoriated for decades. He then beat Harris after Biden blew it by running for a second term. But hey Donald, you could win when you ran against the first possibly electable females to run, but couldn’t beat the guy.

I don’t disavow Trump’s appeal. I just also acknowledge his great luck and democrats’ campaign screw ups. His bigoted comments and insults, his record of crooked deals would have ruined the chances of anyone else. His elections were black swan events.
