Seems like we're going backwards on LOTS of stuff.

"The United States is experiencing its worst measles outbreak since the disease was declared "eliminated" in 2000, with 1,277 confirmed cases reported as of July 5, according to Johns Hopkins University Center for Outbreak Response Innovation.

This figure has already surpassed the 1,274 cases recorded during the peak year of 2019, marking a critical public health milestone reached just halfway through 2025."

...

This outbreak directly challenges the nation's measles elimination status, achieved 25 years ago through sustained vaccination efforts.

...

The outbreak has resulted in at least 155 hospitalizations, affecting 431 adults and 824 children, with three confirmed deaths. Two elementary school-aged children died in West Texas, while one adult died in New Mexico—all were unvaccinated. The CDC confirmed that 1,267 cases were officially reported through their surveillance system as of Wednesday."

Thank your local magidiot. Mumps, Rubella, and even polio can't be far behind. But at least dyes that may contribute to something won't be a problem.

Canada and the US both have a 92% measles vaccination rate and we're both experiencing outbreaks.

Measles is very hard to establish herd immunity against because it's so darn infectious.

Many developed countries have a almost 100% vaccination rate. That's where we need to be.

This should sexually excite some of our local MAGA.

Didn't take long for the TDS to show itself. Anyway, back in reality, measles cases have popped up every few years during the past decade.

There was a spike in 2014. Then one 5 years later. And now apparently there's one 6 years later. Was the one in 2014 Trump's fault, too?

I'd love to know how many illegals from Mexico/Central American/South America/India/Asia etc came in without vaccinations and brought it/carried it/got it

maybe I'm wrong .... I'd like to know

Anti-vaxxers are stupid, malicious, and anti-American.

Let me know when your TDS-induced meltdown episode ends.

Good thing we have a leader in HHS that will encourage Americans to make sure their kids are vaccinated….
