Where did I say all of it wasn't true? I agreed that Russia exists, and that they pay spies to spy. I am waiting for someone on your side to show me what in the dossier has been proven true... and you can't.
Where did I ever say they weren't warranted? This dossier has been floated in front of all of the major news organizations who all attempted to corroborate the more damning aspects of the story and all drew a blank.
I don't, but you are the one guessing at it and pretending like if is more than you being foolish.
I have posted the information from pro-Democrat sources and chewed up and spat out that dossier as a waste of time. Hit: When SALON turns it back on that dossier it is time for you to fold up your tent and find some other place to camp.
Posting a question isn't the same as concern being warranted. Anti-Vaxers and Birthers and 9/11 Truthers all post questions too. We set the bar a bit higher of what is valad concerns and when all sane levels of vetting have been complete. You are drifting into the Anti-Vax/Birther/Thruther zone now.

Kerist, the bad news just keeps on coming.
If even a few allegations gain credibility, this could be devastating for Trump.
Needless to say more info will come out

My thoughts are why does this fake news article keep popping up? The only reason I can think of is that people that don't like Trump want the fake news to be a reality. I read the article and it was weaker than it was when the 35 page report first popped up. CNN is still trying to cover their ass because the first article showed their ass in full technicolor. They should really pull up their pants and quit showing the world their sphincter.

Morning JANFU, if you say more to come from sources like CNN then I say probably so, true or not, right?US investigators corroborate some aspects of the Russia dossier - CNNPolitics.com

Those allegations were in the hands of numerous people, from politicians, to reporters. Eventually it would come out. CNN did not release the full transcript. That was Buzzfeed.
Now as to the veracity, that will eventually come out in due time.
Thing is, this WH has numerous leaks.
The document also makes specific claims about contacts between people working for Trump and Russian officials. It alleges that Michael Cohen, special counsel to Trump, was central to “the ongoing secret liaison relationship between the New York tycoon’s campaign and the Russian leadership,” and that he met secretly with Kremlin officials in Prague in August 2016.
The person that generated it passed it around to as many people as he could. None of those press agencies found it credible enough to publish.
https://www.theatlantic.com/politic...is-fake-news-meant-to-malign-mr-trump/512762/Cohen said that during the time the report places him in Prague, he was actually with his son visiting USC and meeting with the baseball coach. A USC baseball source confirmed Tuesday night that Cohen and his son had visited USC on August 29th. Cohen said that he was in Los Angeles from the 23rd through the 29th of August, and that the rest of the month he was in New York. He said that his only trip to an EU country over the summer had been a vacation to Italy in July. In one instance, the dossier places the alleged Prague travel in "August/September 2016." Cohen said he was in New York for the entire month of September.
Cohen also tweeted a photo of his passport: “I have never been to Prague in my life. #fakenews.” Trump retweeted Cohen’s tweet.

It's like they say, don't piss on Trump and tell him it's raining!
It has been in the hands of numerous people for months. Not even the NYT or WaPo believed the report because the claims made in the report are over the top. I am well aware of the history of the report. CNN got the report from Buzzfeed. CNN published just enough information form the report to make it look credible. The next day Buzzfeed published the whole report. Several points in the report have been proven to be flat out lies and totally ludicrous. That pissed CNN off. CNN got caught publishing news form a report that was generated for smearing Trump and every point that could be examined has been proven to be a lie or is so totally off the wall that it isn't believable. CNN was embarrassed and now they are trying to save face. CNN has less validity than the National Enquirer.
Just a sample:

I'll wait until we know what is true and what is false. Right now, there's no question that there's some relationship between Trump and Russia, given how quickly Trump pushed back some of the Russian embargo. Whether that's just money in Trump or friend's of Trump's pockets, we'll have to see.
The way this has thus far been shaping up is that a mountain of peripheral evidence is piling up around the center of the claim itself, and none of the facts are directing contradicting that central claim.
But that's the problem with circumstantial evidence, in a nutshell. There was an early claim that Obama was a Muslim, and his foreign policy around Iran supports that idea... circumstantially.
We don't have enough information to draw any concrete conclusions. We need and I believe have the right to know more. The investigation should continue and the dossier proved-out.
To be fair to Trump, the info keeps coming in drabs, will more come, in all probability. As to if there is or is not a connection to Trump, no proof yet.
Again to be fair, if this was about HRC, I would still post it, and comments would be the same.
Both IMHO are crooked as hell.
So then you agree that we don't know at this point everything the federal government is investigating regarding Trump? You agree also that nothing so far as we know has been disproved by the investigations? You support three letter agency investigations into Trump's connection to Russians/Putin and you support those investigations continuing until all possible facts are known?
The way this has thus far been shaping up is that a mountain of peripheral evidence is piling up around the center of the claim itself, and none of the facts are directing contradicting that central claim.
I don't disagree, but that's well short of it being proven.
I didn't say it was proven, but when there is a river of outpouring facts that support the claim and, curiously, do not dispute it, outright dismissing the claim can no longer be a tenable position.
I don't think I've ever outright rejected it, although I do reject people saying it's a "fact." The Russian role in the election is highly probable (or if you consider the CIA a reliable source, it's certain). In terms of the deals the Trump administration has made with Russia, well, I suppose after today's revelation, you can't really deny that there's at least some collusion between the Putin administration and the Trump administration.
If this gets us closer to impeaching Trump, then I'm all for it.
Although you've been extremely clear that you're more than open to the possibility of a Russian connection, it's a hell of a lot more than just Flynn and the intelligence agency's conclusion that Russia interfered to swing the election to Trump. You've also got Carter Page, Wilbur Ross, Rex Tillerson, Rick Gates, and of course Paul Mannafort. And finally you have through nine separate sources confirmations of the the famed Steele dossier (and the KGB agent who helped Steele subsequently found dead).
Eventually it comes to a point where being leery of using the word "fact" may be overly cautious.
