[h=1]Unpublished CRS Memo: Obama Administration Has Missed Half Of Obamacare's Legally Imposed Implementation Deadlines[/h]
Remarkably, it turns out that the White House has missed half of the deadlines legally required by the ACA. And some of those deadlines remain unmet to this day.

And Obama gets to blur the lines that seperate the three branches of government and no one calls him on it.
Obviously Obama care's a disaster but all I can say is wait until after 2014.
IF the Dems some how take the House Back ObamaCare will be implimented whether we like it or not.
It would be nice if the R's started to call Obama on his over reaching. And Obama gets to blur the lines that seperate the three branches of government and no one calls him on it.

They can choose not to fund it. That would spell it's demise.I can't think of a President that's not true of. Of course it doesn't bother you unless that President has a "D" following their name.
Unless the Republicans take the Senate, which would be a feat (not impossible, but they'd have to win 20 elections), it will not be repealed

I think Obamacare is going to go down in flames in the Courts once people have legal standing to challenge it, like workers, employers, tax payers, any citizen in the US who suffers a consequence due to it.

yep
just like the initial opposition to social security ended that program
Social Security did not force people to buy services from private for-profit companies that they may not desire to purchase. :2wave:
no
it made them pay into a system many people opposed
there was strong opposition to social security when it was launched, just as there is now strong opposition to Obama care
Obamacare will survive just as social security survived
No it won't; and no it won't.
Our current system is a failure. Something else wil, got any ideas?
As is that sentence. Not sure what you are asking.
I don't get the "K" what does adding a "K" as in ObamaKare supposed to mean or be a reference to?
The Klan?
What?
I dont know that it would even then. Even Repubican leaders (X maybe Palin) understand our current system will no longer work and hasnt for quite some time, something has to be done. There is a shinning example worldwide of a functional healthcare system UHC, the US will have it someday, it just depends on how long we piddle around making sure the industry sucks as much money out of the American people as possible. ACA is just a step. In the mean time medical care can continue to be the biggest cause of bankruptcy and 30 million can go without meidcal care. The Republican must just swell with pride thinking about it.
Sorry, our current system is a complete dismal failure. If we dont start on a path to UHC, as I see ACA to be, what is the plan from the right?
Repealed would be the smart move and the move that Americans want as poll after poll have shown since this disaster idea was placed into law via a budget bill.
But it doesn't have to be repealed. Even if the GOP doesn't take the senate. The budget process can kill it, as it should, if the GOP does the best thing. Obama and the Democrats can shut the government down if they want but that's up to them.

Good or bad, back when Social Security was implemented we had presidents who knew how to get things done. Now we are stuck with this idiot Obama. I'm surprised he knows how to tie his shoes in the morning. His incompetence shows in every thing he does. If this were not true he would not have to govern with executive order and ignore the Constitution.
