A while back, I read an article in Foreign Affairs about that. The later generation populations of Muslims in France and GB are often well adapted and have solid academic educations. Both countries seem to have tried very different approaches to achieve this and the circumstances of life are not at all similar in the two. It certainly seems so. I worked with Romanian IT people and they were very good. But it might be a case, where the activities are noticed or used so often, that it is less the quality of the IT than the frequency of its use to do mischief.

Sure but if they told the truth they would need to mention the most per capita suppliers of DAESH labor is Tunisia, a country which has for decades bought hook line and sinker the Western Story "Educate them and everything will turn out great."

What happens when you ask the young to devote their youth to learning and claim that if they do they will have a great life but this was never true because there were never anywhere near jobs is that they turn into very very good fighters for DAESH.
