Unemployment Is Driving Males to ISIS, Not Poverty, Illiteracy

The Islamic State group’s foreign fighters are surprisingly well-educated, a myth-busting new study from the World Bank has found....

That is why Russia embarassed the USA by revealing that the USA was not bombing nor attempting to prevent ISIS from trucking OIL to Turkey to sell to finance the paychecks of ISIS fighters. They ignored the truck transport lines for over a year until Russia started bombing the ones in Syria. Do you finance you enemies by not attacking their financial infrastructure? If that is the case, then the enemy would be a metaphorical concept and the USA attacks metaphors. Have we killed a metaphor lately? Not likely. The USA Media protrayal of this war is bogus.

So, have you dug up your evidence for the US supporting and supplying ISIS yet?

A while back, I read an article in Foreign Affairs about that. The later generation populations of Muslims in France and GB are often well adapted and have solid academic educations. Both countries seem to have tried very different approaches to achieve this and the circumstances of life are not at all similar in the two. Nonetheless it is from this group that Islamists have recruited their hit men.

Cant get a job at Walmart join ISIS and behead people?

I think there is a bit of a gap in their reasoning...

Their IT personnel are also very well educated and excellent at various digital vocations.

It certainly seems so. I worked with Romanian IT people and they were very good. But it might be a case, where the activities are noticed or used so often, that it is less the quality of the IT than the frequency of its use to do mischief.

Dabiq e-zine versions are quite sophisticated in theological/ideological content and digital production.

Maybe they're just tired of the hegemony. and drone strikes.

I'm sure that that is the case.

When you ask the supporters of Western aggression against the Muslim world whether or not they would support Arab/Muslim violent interference in their own domestic affairs you are usually met with denial that the former is even taking place or silence.

...and idle minds too. :)

Wow never saw Dave coming in here and attacking the US while singing the praises of Russia. Lol. As predictable as the sun rising in the east. Also just as predictable is him spouting CT nonsense along with it.

Yes that is why the vast majority of their attacks target their fellow countrymen as well as fellow Muslims. Because that logic makes sense.

I would guess that puts you on the side of the Muslimaniacs, eh?

The only thing not believing in your CT fairytales makes someone is able to put together rational thoughts. Something all CTers struggle with.

Wow, never saw you coming in here defending ever deception ever planned and executed by DoD.

And I believe you meant every.

Can you show where he defended every so called deception?

Or where he defended any deception supposedly planned and executed by the DoD?

Sure but if they told the truth they would need to mention the most per capita suppliers of DAESH labor is Tunisia, a country which has for decades bought hook line and sinker the Western Story "Educate them and everything will turn out great."

Not.

What happens when you ask the young to devote their youth to learning and claim that if they do they will have a great life but this was never true because there were never anywhere near jobs is that they turn into very very good fighters for DAESH.

BTW: I say that we need to close down 20-40% of our university seats, and make sure that only the best minds get what's left. Tunisia is one of my arguments.

Our elite dont want to touch all this even with a ten foot pole, for obvious reasons. Just as they dont want to touch Stephen Hawking saying that humanity is doomed because of technology, we have maybe 1000 years is all he says, "ABANDON EARTH!!"(paraphrase).

Rudy Giuliani, Ex NY Mayor, says the enemy is ISIS. Perhaps the actual enemy is youth unemployment.

"Research conducted by Accenture and the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) has discovered that digital entrepreneurs are building real opportunity for the future of youth jobs in G20 countries.

Young entrepreneurs are the driving force behind job creation in the G20 countries, powered by their relentless efforts to innovate and embrace digital technologies: social media, mobile computing, big data, cloud and ‘the internet of things’.

New Accenture research concludes that lifting existing barriers: digital skills shortage, logistics at scale, policy and regulation, access to local markets and access to finance, with the help of large companies and other bridgemakers, could help young entrepreneurs to create 10 million more youth jobs in G20 countries."

"1 February 2016, New York - FAO welcomed today the launch in New York of the UN Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth, which includes a focus on promoting decent employment opportunities for young people in agriculture and the rural economy.

Under the lead of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Initiative was developed by 19 international organizations that are committed to increasing the impact of youth employment policies and expanding country-level action on decent jobs for young women and men.

Globally, young people account for approximately 24 percent of the working poor -- this dynamic is particularly pronounced in Africa, where over 70 percent of youth subsist on $2 per day or less."
