Uncommon Truth...new newsletter, could use some help?

I have taken it upon myself to start writing a newsletter called Uncommon Truth. I'm actually distributing paper copies in my city of residence, but thought i might as well start a blog for it as well. Problem is getting my product in the hands of readers, both from the print and the blog mediums, is proving a lot more difficult then i intially anticipated. The newsletter is about our government, the concpet of the american identity, the purpose of government, the importance of the constitution, etc styled after The Federalist Papers. If anyone has some ideas on how I can go about getting my product into the hands of readers, both the print and blog versions, I'd greatly appreciate the help.
