Are you sure they weren't doctors taking Hillary Clinton's pulse?https://weather.com/science/space/news/2018-02-21-black-holes-ultramassive-galaxies
Researchers have discovered what may be the most massive black holes ever detected.
Data suggests these "ultramassive" black holes are growing at the rate of the galaxies they're in.
The giant space voids have masses that are at least 10 billion times that of the sun.
Teams of researchers have discovered what may be the most massive black holes ever detected, and have found that they may be growing faster than the stars around them.
Using X-rays and radio emissions, scientists analyzed 72 galaxies lying in the middle of galaxy clusters that are considered to be some of the brightest and most massive, according to a release from NASA. The clusters are roughly 4.3 to 12.2 billion light-years away from Earth and contain “ultramassive” black holes that are roughly 10 times bigger than the average void.

Oh that's it... who's with me for an end of the world party in Vegas?!?!
And this is how universes are born. Ultramassive Black Holes... (i.e. God's Vagina...)
Not even light gets out of them. I just wonder where things like planets & star systems wind up when they get sucked into a giant black hole. Another dimension? I think sci fi authors may have picked up on that possibility.
What you're referencing is Lee Smolins idea that black hole production is the key to a universes ultimate survival, and how white holes are the other end of a singularity, which produces a big bang on the other side. What I was referring to was the theory that on the other side of a black hole is a white hole, which is the exact opposite of a black hole (i.e. nothing get IN to a white hole, the exact opposite). Thee's more to it of course, but that's the gist of it. White hole = big bang.

It's a really interesting idea. There are even more exotic ones like those of inflationary cosmology, which predict other universes in a landscape of different environments.
Nice Horsehead nebula pic, btw. :thumbs:Yes exactly, sorry im not englishing right as ive been drinking bretf damn hevaily..... yeah, i dont human right when i do this, butidfgaf because life is shot and too much goddamn ****ing bull**** to deal with sober, so **** that sobreity **** im gein grunk particularly when i find some mofughcking moonshiine between tbehind the frotn of the roof of the fridge tht evrybogy forgtor about, yeah, ****in rightous **** lmao my man
