Figures I saw in my employer briefing suggested the biggest spreaders are in the 12-20 age group - they are 7 times more likely to spread the new strain than any other age group.

Only good thing is that this strain hasn't mixed with the one developing in South Africa which is hitting younger people more seriously.

That's my last for another while until this whole thing is over until I can stop being a home teacher as well as class teacher to those I'm looking after for my employer.

See you all on the other side.

Well duh... plus of course it is more contagious does not help. Why you think we have had a 10 pm to 7 am curfew in Spain for over a month... to stop those stupid kids partying and spread the virus.

That one I dunno about. The only ones saying this is Matt Hancock and co, and that was right after... literally a day or two... the UK had to admit that it had a new mutated version that spread easier... a fact they had been sitting on for a while. So not convinced at all about this... need someone else to confirm this. My trust in Matt Hancock is... minus zero.

Stay safe.

Stay safe, mate.

The British prime minister is too lazy and disinterested to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.

My sister is a Nurse in Croydon. She says they are nearly spent.

The spread of Covid in London is "out of control" according to Sadiq Khan, who has declared a "major incident".

I feel with the stupid kids. We old ones are sitting at home anyway - really hard it is for the youth. So long ago for you that you don´t remember beeing 20? ;o)

My daughter is 19, made her Abitur in spring (without any party) and is now studying (online - without knowing her colleagues...) - that time was the funniest time in my life...

So jeah - the "stupid kids" have to follow the rules to get out of this - but it´s really hard.
