In a statement, Gabbard said: “The Wall Street Journal should be ashamed of aiding deep state actors who seek to undermine the President by politicizing and leaking classified information. They are breaking the law and undermining our nation’s security and democracy.”

So targeting Greenland, an ally by treaty, isn’t the problem. The problem is that someone talked about targeting an ally.

The only desperation I recognise is Trump's. What on earth does he expect to achieve by 'spying' on 50,000 people (including 39 Americans)? If he's so concerned why not run a poll and find out what support he garners? But wait, he probably already knows that 85% of Greenlanders polled want nothing to do with his stupid ambition. I'm guessing you support this colossal waste of taxpayer's money.
