In my world, very few things are forced on people, and never because I hold so much contempt for my fellow man as you do.
........and I never open debates by telling people if they don't like it to leave.
And you've bought into the government bull****, using money THAT ISN'T YOURS! Basically you believe in stealing money from people.Sooo?
Does that mean Wal-Mart is EVERYWHERE? Where is Wal-Mart with the average homeless people on the streets? Or the ones that just got layed off and have noway to pay their bills?
Can you say, they got a PR Pump by doing that in New Orleans?
I didn't say corporations don't try to cash out on PR with BIG disasters, but where is Wal-Mart with the average homeless guy starving?
Boy have you bought into the corporate PR. :rofl

Yeah they should do the conservative method and leave people on the streets to die without help, that's soooooo much better.
It's a whole lot less because of social programs. But again, maybe we should just have a mentality of "I've got mine, who gives a **** about anyone else?"
How 'bout we not kill all those jobs and then worry about the folks who can't work?
The right thing I need to do is make sure me and mine get fat and happy.
What jobs are being KILLED? Give examples.
Thank you for proving my point.
Your way of thinking says that if child labor makes you money do it. Your way is saying that if women are sex toys and make you money, do it. your way is if you can make your product with slave labor, do it. Your way is that if you have unsafe working conditions and it makes you money, do it.
Government says you are wrong and you will change.
Your way says you are ABLE AND WILLING to take advantage of others.
His way says that he has the motivation to get out and make a living for he and his family. Perhaps more people should follow his example instead of suckling on the government tit.
There we agree. But what things are forced on people we disagree on.
It's not that I hold contempt, I know what completely free corporations would do and that's history my friend. There is a reason why we had to reign in corporations from putting child labor
and testing on humans. It's history.
Hey I'm just saying if you feel so oppressed and forced, you are free to visit some of the other more free countries out there.
You are the one with the melodrama, I only followed your lead for suggestions
His way is doing the same thing as HISTORY HAS SHOWN corpostations as doing.
Good to know you agree with child labor, women being used as sex toys, and unsafe working conditions. It's HISTORY. Look it up and see what UNREGULATED CAPITALISM has done.
UNREGULATED CORPORATIONS ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFITS NOT THE PEOPLE. THIS IS UNDISPUTED, IT'S HISTORY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
Are you saying that the only way for a person to make a living is to use child labor, women as sex toys and work in unsafe working conditions?
It's how corporations can make MORE money than they do now regulated. That is the point.
Are you saying that the only way for a person to make a living is to use child labor, women as sex toys and work in unsafe working conditions?
Funny! I've been working a long time without any of that and made a damn fine living, until the Libbos took over, that is.
The answer is to regulate capitalism out of existance? That makes a truckload of sense. We can all live on the welfare that you Libbos have created for us.
Thank you for proving my point.

Hundreds of thousands of oil and gas industry jobs, for one. How many people have been laid off in the tobacco industry since the smoking bill passed? With those jobs go all the jobs that support them.

My way works, then.
Corporations.....you know, those organizations that produce....oh, what was it the poor need the most?...oh yeah, those organizations that produce...JOBS.
Those evil things.
I like 'em.
No, but by doing so, one can make a ****load more. Need an example? Look at what happened to Wall Street. Without regulations, greed wins over morality every single time.
Your point was wrong.
You seem to think that I, and people like me, owe a debt to others. That debt does not exist. Therefore, it is not the "right" thing to force me, via threats of violence, to cough up money to satisfy your own feelings of guilt.
yes, you need to tell me what you think I think so that you can then prove that what you think I think is immoral, and therefore because you've shown that what you think what I think is immoral that I must be immoral.
When you can show what I think by quoting me, then you can begin the long hard and totally impossible battle of trying to show I'm wrong.
No. Government merely says "gimme that money, punk, or we'll plug ya fulla holes". Government often talks like a gangster in a bad movie from the thirties. I don't know why that is.
I'm not a socialist.
No, but by doing so, one can make a ****load more. Need an example? Look at what happened to Wall Street. Without regulations, greed wins over morality every single time.
I'm trying to figure out where the money comes from once the socialists have destroyed all private property, and hence all jobs. They never manage to explain that one.
They deny it will happen but, to borrow the Caps Lock key, HISTORY tells us otherwise.
So, the Liberal answer to the problem is to over-regulate and over-tax these companies so they leave the country and set up shop in countries where are no child labor laws, safe working conditions and can pay workers $2 a week, unemploying millions of American workers.
That makes a helluva lot of sense.
