This is personal for me, the endorsement of President Trump. As a soldier for over 21 years, I deployed to multiple war zones in different parts of the world, putting my life on the line for the safety, security, and freedom of the American people. It is important to me and every one of my brothers and sisters in uniform that we have a Commander-in-Chief who values every one of our lives, who carries that responsibility as Commander-in-Chief very seriously, and who will exhaust all diplomatic avenues before seeing war truly as a last resort.

I oppose the diplomatic efforts she advocates. I prefer the liberal democratic institutions of Western and Central Europe and respect for international borders to an authoritarian state like Russia who views territorial acquisition through military conquest as legitimate.

I believe in NATO as a force for good in the world and reject her embrace of Putin.

Gabbard was a willing apologist for a dictatorial regime that sent terrorists to kill her brothers and sisters in arms, and is speaking in defense of a draft dodger who attacks gold star families, mocks pows, and thinks those who give their lives for others in service are suckers. He thinks my friends who didn't come back are fools and suckers.

I'm no fan of the Biden administration, but, as a vet, Gabbard is the opposite of credible.
