Sounds like somebody means business. (but... but... but... Trump should be deported, he is a convicted felon!) :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Border security ‘100% on board’: Border state offers Trump massive plot of land to aid mass deportation operation

Texas is offering the incoming Trump administration a tract of more than 1,400 acres on which to stage its mass deportation operation when it enters office in January, as the transition team begins to make preparations for the ambitious project.

Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham has written to President-elect Donald Trump offering him the land in Starr County, which the state purchased from a ranch owner in October. The 1,402 acres are in the Rio Grande Valley sector near the border.

What's Mexico got to say?
You guys are deluded if you think everyone you drive to the border will be accepted by Mexico. Do you know what 'undocumented' means?

It seems many of the Trump supporters are a little turned on by the idea of "round them up and throw they out". Salivating....

And if Mexico doesn't take them, just dump them in the Rio Grande....what does it matter...after all they've been eating the pets, the dogs and the cats.

Oh goodie, Trump has found land for his concentr.... internme.... migrant camp.

This is just buffoonery. They do not understand borders have two sides.
Seriously. Maybe Canada should start dumping white refugees at border crossings who say they come from the US.

Well they came here through Mexico as undocumented, so you are saying Mexico would refuse them if they returned the same as they came, undocumented.

Is the land accessible by roads that connect to nearby cities? Roads that can support the semis which will transport on a daily, likely a 24/7 basis construction materials and food, potable water, and many other necessities that will be used by the thousands/millions rounded-up and detained pending deportation?

Are airports close to and easily accessed from this land?

Are there hotels and motels close by that can be used to house the many Federal employees that will be needed to work on the land?

Is the Federal Government going to lease the land from the State of Texas?

Well they came here through Mexico as undocumented, so you are saying Mexico would refuse them if they returned the same as they came, undocumented.
Yeah, Mexico can refuse to accept people the United States decides to deport.

Why would you think Mexico doesn't have that right?

How do you know? Prove it. Prove it to the Mexican government.
Mexican border agents have the same mandate as American border agents.

Realy? then how did so many undocumented cross the border to here from Mexico?
"According to recent data, the most common nationality encountered at the US southern border in the current financial year (October 2023 - September 2024) was Mexican, with approximately 617,770 individuals crossing, representing the largest number of illegal immigrants from Mexico in 2023. "

You think practical questions about the implementation of a massively-expensive policy are humorous?

Why?

So what?

Nothing you've said here indicates Mexico is required to accept whomever we decide to deport to that country.

To not allow undocumented immigrants?

But we must take them if they came from there, or elsewhere?
But they won't take them even if they came from or through there?

They don't stop/put resources into what's coming from thier south, because they know they are just 'passing through'.
And then you have the coyotes making theirs, and out of their hands.

So what?

Nothing you've said here indicates Mexico is required to accept whomever we decide to deport to that country.
Why? they are their own people, why wouldn't they welcome them home? FYI, we are not either.
Again, you've not shown that Mexico is required to accept whomever we decide to deport to that country.

Feel free to try to prove that Mexico is required to to accept whomever the USA decides to deport to that country.

I think some of our liberal friends are on the verge of tears seeing Trump is actually going to do what he said about the illegals.

And yes Mexico and any other country south of the border will take whomever we send them. We have leverage thru our trade agreements and without us they will suffer greatly.

I'm not. No one else here is. You seem to be inferring something that doesn't reflect reality.

Feel free to try to prove that Mexico will be forced by the USA to take whomever we decide to deport to that country.

Again, neither are we required to, how is Springfield working out for you.
That you are unable to show that Mexico is required to accept whomever we decided to deport to that country comes as no surprise.
