Lowering the boom on China cost us over $80 billion dollars and accomplished absolutely NOTHING for us.

Lowering the boom on Russia allowed Putin to keep on killing people and gain status worldwide and accomplished absolutely NOTHING for us.

What Trump "lowering the boom" on Russia and China and failing to accomplish anything, made us the laughingstock of the world and lost us the respect of just about everybody that could help us but because of Trump, decided not to.
