I have the rights which are enumerated, established, or recognized by law.If you don't have right to life. Right to not be killed you have no rights at all.
So they're not rights they're privileges granted to you by a master.I have the rights which are enumerated, established, or recognized by law.
I was quite clear they're rights as established or recognized. You're just being wilfully obtuse about it at this point. So they're not rights they're privileges granted to you by a master.
I'm glad that people who authored them didn't think that way.
Established where and by What specifically and recognized by What specifically?I was quite clear they're rights as established or recognized. You're just being wilfully obtuse about it at this point.
The Constitution and relevant SCOTUS rulings. This is civics 101.Established where and by What specifically and recognized by What specifically?
It's opportunist to ask you to defend your claims? You picked to the wrong hobby then.
I have the rights which are enumerated, established, or recognized by law.
Exactly! It's funny how some try to make it more than what it simply is.Yup. Rights are a man-made concept, recognized, codified, and protected/enforced by an authority. Anyone can take your life or you can take anyone's. Same for other animals. There's only "legal" consequences if that right to life is recognized and protected or enforced by some authority.
Rights have to come from somewhere or other higher animals would have them..."natural rights" are just a end-run around religion and "god-given" rights.
Exactly! It's funny how some try to make it more than what it simply is.
As do I.Well I do believe that our rights are important, and our Const that protects them.
Neither do I.I just dont latch onto unrealistic reasons for their origin.
There where in the Constitution cite the specific text pleaseThe Constitution and relevant SCOTUS rulings. This is civics 101.
I have to wonder if that's a serious question? But simply refer to the first 10 Amendments, aka the Bill of Rights. Our rights are enumerated in black & white. The SCOTUS interprets the Constitution regarding laws and their constitutionality. There where in the Constitution cite the specific text please
Tenth amendment is about what isn't enumerated in the Constitution is left up to the stateI have to wonder if that's a serious question? But simply refer to the first 10 Amendments,

Your failure to understand I'd a 'you' problem. I can't make it any simpler than I already have. But what you said didn't make sense.

You completely ignored what that I asked. And 185 I asked for a specific text you didn't give any.
