I am the one who agrees with the constitution and federal judges cannot usurp a president's power. If they could we could find all kinds of right wing federal judges to shut down a liberal president.

Conservatives didn't do this because they honor the law.

Federal judges are above the law because like lazy civil servants it is ridiculously hard to get rid of them. All they think they need to do is to stop what Trump is doing by stopping it. They don't cite the constitutional law or if they do, like the tortured interpretations of law used to go after Trump, they just make crap up, knowing that Trump will be tied up in court for months.
