Trump says he's meeting with military leaders at Camp David
President Trump told reporters on Sunday that he's heading to Camp David to meet with military and other leaders, shortly before he posted a message online calling Los Angeles protesters an "insurrectionist mob."

During a gaggle before boarding Air Force One, Trump would not rule out invoking the Insurrection Act, which could allow the military to be deployed domestically, but he suggested the protests against immigration raids were not yet an insurrection.

"We're going up to Camp David; we have meetings with various people about very major subjects," Trump said.

"We'll be meeting with a lot of people, including generals, as you know, and admirals."

Trump wouldn't say what the meetings would be about or whether any foreign officials would be joining.

If I had to guess, I would say that this meeting at Camp David is a very important meeting for Donald Trump. He wants the Military to support his plot to occupy several United States cities with US military. In essence, Trump is moving for a military assisted coup for a complete and total takeover of the entire government.

Taking into consideration, the fact that United States military is involved in controlling the protesters in Los Angeles, it would seem logical that that would be the main discussion at Camp David. I believe the last time he was at camp. David was in May 2020. He hates Camp David, and he would only use it for ultra secret meetings like the one he wanted to have with the Taliban, which never happened.

Trump never had any appetite, desire, or the knowledge for any sort of military planning. He left that up to other people.

It’s not an assumption, Trump has talked about it.

He talked about it before the election, about using the military to quell hypothetical protests.

Trump has no such people.

Trump is trying to get the military behind him -- which it will not do -- to militarize LA first in this current fracas and then expand effective martial law to other cities in blue states to include certain red states too.

This is while statutorily and by the Constitution there is no federal martial law. Trump-Miller can of course try workarounds to get a martial law effect if not literally, but the armed forces chiefs and commanders also know and recognize the sore thumb radical and drastic provisions of martial law by any other name.

Right now is the uphill project Trump has to get the military's concurrence in the Insurrection Act which the JCS do not agree to and won't accept. Trump also wants for the military to accept Trump activating the NG of another state to send in to LA which is illegal and prohibited in the Constitution. Trump-Miller have long wanted to send Red State NG into Blue State cities which and as noted, is illegal and unconstitutional which means the JCS has the X on it already and going in to Camp David.

Trump would know all about insurrectionist mobs, he incited one Jan 6.

Will he pardon the LA mob as he did with the MAGA 6 Jan goons?
