Not surprising with DJT pleading the 5th to every question but wow - his low energy displayed during his deposition! Is this 'Sleepy Don'?

This is what scumbag mobsters do.

I loved how he tried to clean up his own comments about taking the fifth, before he proceeded to take the fifth.

I think Johnny Yuma might be coming to town and he's looking for justice.

I love the body language in the deposition, same as this:

The spaghetti western or Nick Adams version?

I'm looking forward to this...
It is so ff because in a civil case the jury is allowed to interpret the reason why he took the fifth. By the way, if you claim the fifth for no reason you can be found in contempt of court.

Southern conservatives, who swear that they teach their children right from wrong, elected a mob like boss and crook.

And many of those people study their Bibles a few times a week.

This was civil fraud. Maybe he'll be more animated if it comes to a criminal trial?

He looks like a dithering, senile old man with shitty orange makeup on him that is near death.

I'm just waiting for a Trumpist to scold us about attacking Trump for invoking the 5th, even though the only place you can't do that is in a criminal trial of Trump.

(ok ok, I admit it: right now, in my semi-frazzled state, I cannot recall the law around attacking a witness testifying at a criminal trial for previously having pled the 5th in regard to questions he was asked elsewhere but which are about the same overall factual issue. Never had to research it. But then, you don't memorize the law. Your skills instead include recogizing things that might be issues, knowing how to research them with maximal efficiency, and knowing how to synthesize what you learn into the argument most likely to result in a decision in your client's favor).

I want to see Trumpists accuse you of not being tolerant for that statement, which I hope is an accurate read. It's the perfect statement for faux-religious persons waxing self-righteous about just how big of a meanypoop the liberals are.

I believe that M Cohen called him 'Dopey Don' today. If ever he'd sit before judge and jury he'd more than likely become the unhinged one, a very familiar stance for him.

Video of Trump's deposition.

How sad that he still clings to the conspiracy crap. And even sadder is that his cult will believe it all............

Better to take a civil award, than to open your mouth and possibly supply testimony supporting a criminal charge!
