Trump refuses to return an immigrant he illegally deported to El Salvador

First Trump illegally deports immigrants to El Salvador, falsely claiming they had criminal records, under a provision that "...requires a president to declare the United States is at war"
(Just like another declared war that doesn't exist, allowing him to impose his tariff tax).

Then he lies about the illegal deportations to El Salvador;

After a judge rules that his act was, "wholly lawless", Trump defends his legal act of deporting a Maryland man, a legal resident with no criminal record. Next he admits his error:

Then he claims the judge cannot order him to return the man, asking the SCOTUS to block the judge's court order which they're stayed to have time to review the case.
Next, he suspends his top Immigration Lawyer for his honesty in admitting Trump's "error".

Now to top it all off, he has the gall to claim that if the SCOTUS demands his return, he "...can't force return of the man mistakenly deported", which he is actually just refuses to.
If a white American was being illegally held by any country (besides Russia), he would demand his return and work to make it happen.
Trump is governing a lawless manner akin to any other authorian autocrat. America is as far from 'great' as it's ever been...
 
One of Trump's fundamental core beliefs is to never ever ever admit he was wrong or made a mistake. This includes not caring who he damaged or hurt. He will always resort to lying that he never did what he did or insist it wasn't a mistake and that it was brilliant and that he is brilliant and that it turned out brilliantly. His followers and Fox, who are a combination of stupid and liars themselves will go along with it and defend it all the way. But then that is what good fake Christians do isn't it.
 
And of course Roberts and his scumbag conservatives give Trump help. Dems need to overthrow the court and remove every conservative member from the court. Especially the Trump infestation.

The administrative error was that he should not be deported to El Salvador, not that he should not be DEPORTED.

He has a known history and a prior deportation order.

Do you feel that way about all alleged lawbreakers? An accusation can get you, and I do mean you, deported?

What part of this excerpt do you not understand? Do you really think the U.S. admits an error when it hasn't?? You need to watch less FOX and read more of what the major news outlets are reporting...

Are you really this extreme? Willing to defend deporting legal residents who have committed no crime? Are you fine with sending American citizens to prison in El Salvador? How far gone are you?

I believe that if he asked for that particular individual back, President Bukele of El Salvador would release him to return on the next empty flight that finished dropping the next batch of South American gang members off.

Yep. It would be that easy/simple.

It would also make Traitor Trump look even worse when Garcia, his American wife, and attorneys sit for interviews broadcasted on every major network and shared with news organizations in every country considered allies of the United States.

Not saying that Traitor Trump is already properly reviled by much of the world.

El Salvador has sent back prisoners.

And remember, Trump is the consumate deal maker. I jest, but I do suggest he has some leverage he could use to correct his own mistake.

Whatever happened to due process, allowing a person their day in court? You ask, "is he an illegally here person?" You clearly don't know, and the fact remains that Trump circumvented the law and defied a judgement. It's what totalitarian autocrats do, not leaders of the party of 'law and order' in a supposedly democratic state. That simpleton is sticking a finger up to the law, and the US Constitution, which he clearly regards as occupational hazards.

Trump supporters have no compassion, no empathy, no Christianity. If Trump started executing illegal immigrants, our resident MAGAs would find a way to defend it.

The good news is while the SC gave Trump a short, very small reprieve in this case, they have required all future deportations to allow for the Due Process we have all been calling for. No more disappearing people without seeing a court first.

one part of me says you're right, its excessive

the other part of me says millions and millions take advantage of USA and USA citizens and it has to stop and this sends a clear message

don't do illegal things - don't live in a country illegally for decades
