Not a peep from the Trump administration. But Putin certainly wants everyone to know that the BFF affair is still on.

Keep the K-Y™ handy folks. These two schmucks met for over an hour in Helsinki 4 months ago and still not one word from this administration about what was discussed.

The meeting between Trump and Xi is far more interesting to me, but the meeting between Trump and Putin isn't nothing. I'm sure Putin is trying to get some leverage with their aggression against Ukraine recently for the G20. But the meeting with Xi will probably steal the headlines.

Remember, it's Van Jones that called Russia a #NothingBurger. He's a Leftist that was in an honest moment off camera. And what have we seen from all the accusations that Trump colluded with Russia? Mueller has gotten a bunch of plea deals with a bunch of people around Trump on stuff that had nothing to do with Russia collusion. Mueller hit these people with stuff like perjury or elections in Ukraine. Magically, Democrats aren't even interested in impeaching Trump post-election (surprise, surprise), and there has been nothing found on this alleged collusion. You guys hoped for it so much that I know it's hard to let go of, but holding this position that Trump colluded with Russia is completely irrational at this point. There is no evidence for holding that position, and there has been a lot of investigation. Media outlets have been priming their viewers for some time to be disappointed by what Mueller finds. They have changed expectations of their viewers quite a bit.

Cohen is just trying to save his backside. The lets make a deal or as it should be known as the criminal will lie to save himself and will support any agenda.

That Cohen is specifically trying to cut his jail time is a matter of fact. That is he lying to do it is a matter of opinion.
 
Wrong. It was going to happen only if Putin released the Ukrainians ships and personnel.
 
It seems Trump has cancelled via Twitter. Perhaps the international pressure over Russia's blatant piracy against Ukraine was growing too intense?

He is a criminal now with nothing to lose everything to gain. Why not lie if you can get away with. The people running the witch hunt have everything to lose if they don't come up with something. Right now after 2 years of investigation if they don't come up without even a criminal saying he was in on it they will look like the biggest goofballs on the planet. They have to come up with something even if it his word against Trumps. So it is down to we will pay you to testify against Trump. Say something.

There is just something wrong with rewarding known criminals to testify to get out of jail. I can get just about any criminal looking at a long jail term to testify against anyone and say anything to get out of their sentence.
