US Air Force General Alexus Grynkewich is nominated to become CG of US European Command. The NATO Council of Ministers has accepted Gen. Grynkewich as Trump's nominee to be NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe. The Council are the civilian leaders of the 32 NATO countries.

Watch what Trump does, not what he says. The US isn't leaving NATO anytime soon or anytime anyone can say.

Neither Trump nor Hegseth know Gen. Grynkewich from Adam. Indeed, for 250 years career generals and admirals who know who's who career wise and what's what advance their choices to the uninitiated civilian SecDef of the moment and the civilian CinC of the moment -- who smile and sign off on it.

The 3-star LtGen Grynewich soon to become 4-star is director of operations for the Joint Chiefs at the Pentagon. Before this Grynkewich aka "Grynch" was CG of Central Command Combined Air Forces. The USAF Academy grad, "Grynch" has made his general officer creds in drones.

Trump has also nominated Navy Vice Adm. Brad Cooper for advancement to 4-star admiral and to become commander of Central Command, which has military operations in the ME AOR and that executed the targeting and bombings of Iran nuclear facilities. The USN Academy grad, Cooper is currently serving as deputy commander of CENTCOM. The Navy's ship has come in btw as Cooper is only the second Naval officer to command CENTCOM -- all others have been Army or Marines. This likely indicates a strategic shift in CENTCOM ops to sea-air and missile ops which is the trend of what's been going on of late.

The four nominations in the link are regularly scheduled tour of duty appointments by which commanders are rotated in then out to retirement. The outgoing CG of US Central Command is Army Gen. Michael E Kurilla who is retiring as scheduled. Before becoming CG of CENTCOM Kurilla commanded the XVIII Airborne Corps which is all airborne infantry divisions and brigades of the Army. Trump and Hegseth don't know Kurilla from Adam and have no clue of his 34 year career -- likewise for each one of these WHITE GUYS and all the rest of the generals and admirals across the armed forces. Don't know 'em from Adam they don't.

The outgoing US Supreme Allied Commander of NATO forces is Army Gen. Christopher V. Cavoli who is retiring as scheduled. Cavoli who was born in Germany is ROTC commissioned from Princeton and was CG of the US Army European and Africa Command and before that commanded the 25th Infantry Division at Scofield Barracks Hawaii of WW II distinction.

I wouldn't worry too much. I'm sure Ms. Gabbard, our Director of National Intelligence, put together dossiers on all the candidates and added learned comments and suggestions drawn from her vast experience. The president examined each file carefully, and in consultation with Secretary Hegseth and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, chose the finest possible candidates, in keeping with his custom of hiring only the best people.

You keep saying that Trump and Hegseth don't know these guys from Adam, yet your article disagrees with you.

Does that chap your ass?

You are WRONG is what you are. The WH Military Office would brief the C'nC on new appointments but only if he wanted to hear it which Trumph hates and rejects.

These selections came from different promotion boards of generals and admirals who took their choices to the SecDef who forwarded 'em on to the Potus/C'nC. It's only generals and admirals who know uniquely what it takes to be a general / admiral so they do the selecting and recommending of career officers.

This includes sending two or three names to a position the boards assure is qualified and experienced for the new command and promotion. Sometimes the SecDef and/or the C'nC will interview 'em but neither has time nor cares to bother with this, simply going with the top name on the short list. Trumph meanwhile remains unable to find any generals / admirals to do his bidding. Trumph's given up on it yet the uninitiated civilians in the society insist they are in the know -- which they are not.

There's nothing here to worry about given no SecDef knows the 30+ year career military brass by name or face on first sight and no Potus/C'nC knows these white guys either. The generals and admirals choose the career personnel generals and admirals. Besides, the armed forces chiefs and commanders are not some sewer commissioners in Kansas City with their hand out when awarding contracts.

Military service is a sacred and serious thing with its oath to the Constitution. Past instances of some occasional corruption by some high military chief are not about selling out to a traitor president and his acolyte traitor SecDef against the Constitution.

I swear, 98.6% of Americans have their heads up where the sun don't shine about their armed forces who are not the PLA nor are they Russian goons nor Chilean psychopath blood lusting fascists. This is against militaristic fascism, not for it. Trump can try to fire a slew of federal employees but when it comes to the military, Americans are oblivious the armed forces are the guys with the guns. And stuff.

False.

MAGA False.

MAGA Hit & Run False.

Neither Trumph nor Hegseth The Horrible know any -- never mind all -- the dozens and dozens of career military officers who are up for general / admiral or being promoted to another star.

Every career civilian SecDef of the moment and certainly every career civilian Potus/C'nC of the moment do not know their career generals / admirals from Adam or Eve. Promotion Boards of existing generals or existing admirals in each service decide who gets promoted to stars because they know UNIQUELY what it takes to be a general or what it takes to be an admiral. The civilian SecDef of the moment and the civilian Potus/C'nC of the moment don't know this -- and neither knows the dozens and dozens of the highest ranking career military officers to begin with. Each career civilian merely smiles and signs off on the name(s) they get from the Promotion Boards of existing generals or admirals.

And as I've pointed out for what seems a thousand times -- to what seems a hundred fear stricken liberals -- Trumph found out after the November election he has NO generals and admirals who are subservient to him or would be. Trump and Miller sent out a number of their skulkers to find some and the skulkers came back empty handed to match their empty heads.

Again...the article disagrees with you.

Trump doesn't need Generals and Admirals who are "subservient" to him. He just needs ones that are good at their jobs, will follow his orders and won't try to undermine him.

He has a bunch of those guys.

Are you alleging that our military leaders have at some point attempted to undermine a POTUS? Or not followed the orders of the CIC if those orders were Constitutional?

Your post is the usual and predictable hit and run vacuous nothingness.

Your posts here present nothing.

MAGAs are years long notorious for posts that say nothing and that are made just to keep things going for them and the Generalissimo Trumph. This is not your first of such waste of time posts izzit.
