I can get this. Not all ICE agents are cruel dickheads. Sometimes I wonder if many of those we see running around masked with mismatched body armor and orange rifles are actual trained ICE agents.

That aside, it seems being Trump's personal police against brown people may be a morale breaker.

If I was an ICE employee unhappy with the organization mission I'd be applying for a regular policing job somewhere.

At least on a regular force you get an opportunity to also do some good and help people.
