Trump loses appeal of $5 million E. Jean Carroll sexual abuse, defamation verdict

Of course the appeal was denied. His lawyer was Alina Habba whom the judge constantly raked over the coals for not knowing what the hell she was doing.

The good news is that $5.55 million was already paid into an escrow account in order for Trump to appeal the judgment. E. Jean Carroll doesn’t have to collect a dime from Trump and he can’t stall that out any further. Her attorney will get a check through the court from the escrow account and his money paid in to escrow is now hers. LOL.
