Well he loses at the District Level, and then the Appeals Level. But at the Supreme Court he tends to win. When a question about a firing got to them before, the said the Law does prohibit Trump from firing people, but that law is wrong because the Administration must be able to Govern.

The president of the United States criteria for declaring the US attorney is no good and has to go, his being approved by two democrats.

Translation, the US attorney was approved by two democrats so he probably will put the law and constitution above fealty to me and not do whatever I demand.

He didn’t bother to fabricate evidence last time. He just fired them. The District Court said you can’t do that. The Appeals Court said that is against the law. The Supremes said sure. Fire her.
