Is this the same crackpot judge who's order in June was reversed by the most liberal Circuit Court in the country?

In June, Breyer found that Trump's deployment of the California National Guard was likely illegal and ordered the troops be returned to Newsom's control. That was reversed by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals a week later.

It’s become rather obvious in recent months that any district judge can say whatever they like and stop any federal action for any reason. The decisions pretty much all get tossed on appeal but they’re just having their fun.

Yes. Our judicial system is a Republican super-legislature. Any judge who rules in a high stakes case in a way that runs against the policy preferences of Republicans will get overruled a vast majority of the time.

For full disclosure, I have thought the same things about those who object to some of Trump's actions.

imo, at times President Trump has overplayed the use of any "emergency" clause" to justify his actions.
