Until votes are counted, there are no election results. What Trump wants is to judge states that he leads in-person on election night to be the final result, without counting absentee ballots. That's just not how it ever worked. We vote by mail in Washington state. We have all kinds of incidents where people vote multiple Times. They don’t even bother prosecuting it any more unless it involves one person voting 50 times.
