But overall, Democrats use mail-in more, so it will hurt Democrats, which is why trump is lying and attacking it, instead of lying and attacking in-person voting.

Article II does not vest POTUS with any authority over elections. He should stay out of it outside of asking Congress to propose legislation.

What is not questionable anymore is how easily manipulated Trump is since this election nonsense was what Putin specifically mentioned during their "summit". What a bloody useless muppet.

I very much disagree. If the context for most of this was "is this legal" vs "what is this thing Trump wants us to yell about", the conversations in the country would be a little different. Trump regime wants the latter because the answer to virtually all of the former is "NOPE"

This state has had no-excuse mail-in voting since the early 1990s. It was signed into law by a Republican Governor.
