And we have a winner!!!!!! INDIA. For India it is win, win and win again.. (Lower tariffs than China on exports to the US, an 18-year-old trade agreement with the EU is being revived and expected to be approved, lower tariffs than the US on imports from China: India can replace parts of US exports to China in low- to mid-complexity manufacturing, food products, and pharmaceuticals.)Well, except for China, they kinda are.
