Ted Cruz did not come out against the FCC Chair over Kimmel, because he had nothing to do with it.
What Cruz disliked was the language he used about controlling media in general. Many people think he went too far (FCC chair) and I am one of them. He clearly went too far. But that has nothing to do with Kimmel.
