These are not the words of someone who respects rule of law, democracy, human rights or basic decency and leadership.

Money. The US currently pays El Salvador to imprison people. This would just be step 2 of what's already happening.

Trump's been deporting to 3rd-Party 3rd-World dictatorships, like El Salvador & South Sudan. He pays them to imprison the prisoners he sends. The incarcerated spend their days in hell-hole prisons, where they will never get to leave alive.
