If they were using this program to illegally assist immigrants into drawing SS benefits, this would be fraud on a massive scale. Sure does help explain the left's cry over falsely stating Trump and the Republicans are cutting SS and medicare benefits.....got something to hide? The outcome should prove interesting.

California taxpayers have been paying for services and bennies to illegals for years, but it's been one of California's elephant-in-the-room issues. Folks know about it, but nobody wants to talk about it. Hopefully this investigation into California's CAPI transgressions will spark discussions about using Taxpayers' money to give hand-outs to illegals.

Trump was wise to issue the memorandum, and Noem is wise to follow through with it.
